President's Message:

On behalf of the executive board and the members of our association, I welcome you to our official web site WWW.HCPOA.COM. Our site was first created in July 2000 and redsigned in 2003 and 2007. We will update our site on a continual basis. The purpose of the web site is to communicate to our members and the public of association news, events and issues which may impact either police officers, the community or both.

The HCPOA is comprised of the following elected executive board members for the year 2007-2009.

We are a multi-purpose organization that represents the interests of Howard County police officers below the rank of Sergeant. We are also a civic oriented organization that participates in many charitable functions throughout the year. Our members enjoy a positive reputation from the citizens and communities we serve, and we are very proud of being a first class, professional police agency.
