The Howard County Public Safety Dispatchers Association, I.U.P.A Local 107, was established in 1997. The membership consists of Emergency Communications Operators, Dispatchers, Dispatchers First Class, and Senior Dispatchers of the Howard County, Maryland 911 communications center.
